As part of a massive year in Minnesota soccer that features the 50th anniversary of pro soccer, Minnesota United’s 10th season in MLS, and Minneapolis City’s 10th season, Aurora turns five. With four seasons under their belt Aurora has become one of the most successful clubs in the United States, both on and off the pitch. In their previous four seasons Aurora is 43-0-5 having never lost a match during the regular season. This season with new cities, new teams, and new players they’ll aim for five straight unbeaten seasons and another Heartland Division title.

Aurora kicks off the season with a pair of pre-season matches first in Kansas City against KC Current II on 9 May followed by a home friendly on 16 May against a yet to be named opponent. The regular season kicks off five days later on the 21st with the Minnesota Derby as Rochester FC heads to Eagan.

This is followed up by a trio of away matches that include Aurora’s second trip to Madison, WI for their first ever meeting with Rally Madison. After the three match road swing Aurora hosts back to back matches on 4 and 6 June against Rally Madison and RKC Third Coast. Minnesota will close their home schedule on 20 June against River Light FC as the final match of a three game homestand. The regular season comes to a close on 28 June when they travel to Kenosha, WI.
